Spare Parts :

We have approve 400 types of spares in ready stock suitable for all types of pouch packing machines specially for Liquids i.e, Milk / Oil / Ghee / Drinking Water etc. These parts are fast and slow consumable types.  we manufacture all  in house mechanical spares as per the OEM standards and others we are trading through OEM suppliers.

The parts includes :

1. Teflon Tape and cloths.
2. All types Rubber parts.
3. All PCB cards Power / EVP / Clutch - brake / Sealing - Cooling / Injection / Heating variacs, about 25 types are in our ready stock.
   
4. Pneumatic solenoid valves/ flow control Valves / FRL Units / Quick exhaust valves non-return valves of companies like Words-Worth / Janatics / Shavo - Norgen/ Rotex are in our ready stock.
5. All type of mechanical parts such as horizontal & vertical  jaws, clamps, forks, cylinder kits, insulation washers, sealing cables, nip rollers etc.
6. All type of impulse and continuous heating elements round / extruded / Triangular / Band sealing / cutting / vertical about 30 sizes are in our ready stock.
7. Electromagnetic clutch, brake coils, rotors, spiders, armature plates suitable for single/double head machine for liquids and solids.

Repairing and Services :

We have in house facility to overhaul - rewiring of your old, worn out, machines specially for liquids Milk / Oil / Ghee / Drinking water either Pneumatic or Mechanical to almost  new condition with a after sales - service warranty of one year as provided by new machine manufacturers.

For this we have trained and experienced staff. All the parts used are of same or better quality to qive you complete value of money, satisfaction and we assure you that your overhauled machines will work as good as new one  on a much much lesser cost.
