Coding machines and accessories.

Now a days coding is compulsory to print MRP/ Batch no / exp - date etc.

We have a lot of machines to meet your requirements.

1. Handy coders : These are roller type coders, which transform information by means of specially design rubber stereos and ink on any porous and non-porous surface.

2. Friction driven machines: These are highly successful machines fitted along with parent m/c and print the required informations as the film on m/c proceeds. These are from single line to three lines machines used for Milk and oil filling machine the initial cost is very competitive and zero maintenance except consumables.

The main body m/c in single PC M.S. Powder painted and all the other parts including frame, Rods etc are of S.S. it is bearing base for smooth rolling.

The information is transferred by meanly of Rubber or polymer stereos from 1mm to 6mm size with inks of food grade standards in Violet/ Red/ Black/ Green colors.

About 1000 m/c are supplied in India and abroad.

3. EMCC : There are stationery m/c to print the variable informations on labels, boxes and any surface. Can be used in continuous or intermittent applications. These are PLC base automatic machines with speed control arrangements and are electrically or Pneumatically operated.
